Frequently Asked Questions
What sets The Tool Ranch apart from a large hardware retailer?
Depth of expertise and inventory. Our staff brings hands-on trade experience rather than general retail training, and our stock is built around what professionals actually order.
Do you carry fasteners for specialty or non-standard applications?
In most cases, yes. If an item is not currently on the shelf, we can typically source it through special order. Please bring in a specification sheet or sample, and our team will help identify the correct match.
What is the typical turnaround time for tool repairs?
Turnaround times vary by issue and brand, but repairs are typically completed within 2–3 days if the parts are in stock. If we need to order specific parts, you can expect a turnaround of 5–7 days. While we maintain a massive in-house inventory to minimize wait times, please note that occasional manufacturer backorders are beyond our control.
Do you offer a loaner tool while mine is being repaired?
Availability varies by brand and repair type. Please ask our service team when dropping off your tool, and we will let you know what options apply.
